Hello!
My name is Stacey Pezzelle. I am a
Social Studies teacher in Missouri. I have taught 6th grade World
History as well as 8th grade American History. I am a new mom to
twin boys and I have a husband that I absolutely adore. Teaching is a unique
profession and it is absolutely my God-given calling in life.
Teaching is a huge creative outlet
for me, and each year brings new technology, resources, rewards and challenges.
Inside the four walls of my classroom, I’m the boss. I have the power to make
History as boring or as exciting as possible. My room can the capacity to
foster learning, competition, exploration, growth and creativity. For these
very reasons, I feel blessed to be a teacher, and I am very passionate about
the work that I do.
I have always been amazed at how educators have been willing
and eager to share. Things like suggestions, classroom routines, purchases,
lesson plans, experiences, stories, resources, and ideas! With the ever growing
world of Pinterest, teachers pay teachers, and blogs, sharing has grown on a
global scale and information has become more readily assessable. This is what
led to “The Inspired Instructor”. I
am excited to be a part of this generous community and I am hopeful that some
of the things I have created, and shared with me will be useful to you!
